A deep therapeutic Iyengar Yoga retreat with a senior teacher of the tradition.
INNER VERTICALITY WITH NATALIA KOMOLOVA
This three-day immersion is designed as a journey into alignment, inner balance, and deep renewal through the precision and intelligence of Iyengar Yoga.
Natalia Komolova, director of Yoga Calpe Studio in Spain, brings over 26 years of Iyengar Yoga practice. She is certified by the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (Pune, India) and is a dedicated student of B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar, Prashant Iyengar, and Abhijata Iyengar. Her teaching combines therapeutic depth, precision, and attentive guidance adapted to each participant.
The retreat takes place at an elegant Spanish finca surrounded by vineyards, offering privacy, beauty, and refined comfort. The atmosphere blends the stillness of nature with the service level of a boutique retreat space, allowing the nervous system to slow down and the practice to deepen.
Guests will enjoy signature vegetarian cuisine prepared by an internationally experienced chef who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, bringing both nourishment and aesthetic pleasure to every meal.
By combining deep therapeutic practice, expert guidance, and a high-comfort natural environment, this retreat creates the ideal conditions for true inner renewal and lasting balance.
