The Client must inform Radha Retreats on our registration form of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or any other mental and\/or physical condition that may affect fitness to travel or practice yoga and other activities. Failure to notify us may result in the Client being refused participation in the retreat or certain activities during the retreat at the Client\u2019s own expense.

Radha Retreats will do its best to meet the Client\u2019s special requests, including dietary requirements, but such requests do not form part of the Contract and therefore Radha Retreats is not liable for not providing these requests.

Health-related information is treated as confidential and sensitive data and handled with appropriate care and security.

Otherwise, permission is granted to Radha Retreats for a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
